A large US based Enterprise had recently undergone a significant IT consolidation and restructuring. Because of this, the CSO had noted a declining ability to keep up with security risks as well as gaps in the organization. Latitude was engaged to review the IT organization, structure, and architecture and make recommendations for near term resolution that would allow for a more strategic approach over the coming years. Latitude’s recommendations were used by Client to guide their staffing, and we provided both Staff Augmentation as well as project support over the course of the engagement.
